FLEXIBLE ARCHITECTURAL COATINGS WITH NATURAL STONE AND MCM

NR is natural stone with fiberglass backing (strong and versatile). UV is natural stone with translucent acrylic backing for lighting effects. MCM is not stone, but an eco-friendly material that replicates stone textures with lighter weight and greater flexibility.

NR and UV are made from 100% natural stone extracted directly from the quarry in ultra-thin layers. NR uses fiberglass backing and UV uses translucent acrylic backing. MCM is not natural stone but replicates stone textures using an eco-friendly composite.

NR, UV and MCM are sold in sheets of 1.22 m x 0.61 m (4 ft x 2 ft), with a coverage of approximately 0.7442 m² per sheet.

Depending on the backing, they weigh between 1.75 kg and 2.75 kg per m². They are significantly lighter than ceramic, porcelain or marble.

NR and MCM are recommended for exterior use and extreme weather. UV is better suited for interior spaces or covered areas with decorative lighting.

They can be installed on concrete, ceramic, porcelain, wood, fiber-cement, gypsum, metal and more, as long as the surface is clean and level.

They are usually installed using contact adhesive or specialty adhesives depending on the backing type.

For exterior installations, weather-resistant contact adhesive is recommended. In more demanding conditions, epoxy adhesives may be required.

Yes. NR and UV allow curves down to a radius of 38 cm. MCM also allows light bending without compromising its structure.

In normal conditions: NR installs at an average of 25 m² per day and UV at 12 m² per day. MCM offers similar or faster installation due to its light weight.
