InstaGreen operates ALCOS Marketing Engine, an internal marketing intelligence and advertising platform. ALCOS is not offered as a public software-as-a-service product. Where enabled, it connects to authorized Google services through Google's official APIs and OAuth authorization.
When an authorized user connects a Google account, ALCOS may access information available through the permissions granted by that user. Depending on enabled functionality, this may include Google Ads account details, campaign and advertising performance information, keyword and market-demand research, and other data needed for authorized marketing intelligence and operational capabilities.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used for InstaGreen's internal marketing, advertising, search-demand research, performance analysis, reporting, opportunity identification, and other authorized platform functions. InstaGreen does not sell, resell, or commercialize Google user data or Google Ads account information; share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other unauthorized third parties; or use it to provide targeted advertising to third parties.
Access to Google services is provided through Google's OAuth authorization process and is limited to accounts for which an authorized user has granted the required permissions. Users may revoke ALCOS access in their Google Account permissions or contact InstaGreen for assistance with a connected account.
OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens used by ALCOS are maintained in private application configuration and are not exposed through public-facing pages or interfaces.
Google API data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the internal business purposes for which it was obtained, operational continuity, security, legal obligations, and authorized analysis. Authorized users may contact InstaGreen to request deletion of personal information or Google-connected data under InstaGreen's control. Requests are subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, and operational retention requirements.
InstaGreen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to the purposes described in this notice and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
